The portfolio service is terrible. The DNS srttings for my domain have not loaded for like an entire week. I need to access these settings, and now the projects for my domain are now put on hold because of this.

Thanks for your review, Mike. DNS hiccups like this are typically easy to fix, and we would have loved an opportunity to find a solution for you before you left a review of your experience. I understand that one of our support reps has reached out to you directly about this, but in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if we can help in any way. Thank you again. Best regards, Travis at UD

Does not let you input payment method when renewing a domain. Once you click on continue check out, it just says purchase completed and charge you on the old credit card on the profile.

Thank you for your feedback! At the bottom of our order review page, there is an area for customers edit their payment details before completing their purchase, if necessary. I'm sorry to hear that this option was not clearer. I can also assure you that the charge does not occur until a short while after the order is placed, and that your new card was the one that was charged for this order; the hold placed on the old card should clear soon if it hasn't already. I hope this explanation is helpful, but if we can assist you with anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected]. Thank you again! Best regards, Travis at UD
