I had to get my website revamped completely and chose uptown logo design for web designing services. I was scared to choose an online business at first but it all turned out very well at the end. Their service is remarkable and quick. I will definitely recommend uptown for all web services

I am so excited to give this review. They are the best design agency I have come across in a long long time. I am serious, they are the kind of people who handle everything from start to finish and never give you tough time (well I can speak for myself). They were a pleasure to work with. Having team members such as David Boyle and Randolph Crossley, who have worked on my projects with me for a quick and effective solution. I mean I went to them with a shard of idea and they worked on the brand identity step by step allowing me to choose a design that basically outlines my business. Randolph on the other hand gave me the idea that I should get a website done for my business, and trust me that was a decision I am glad I took. The website is done as per my business services and boasts of everything all too well. Not sure if anyone else would have been able to do this as good as they did it. All in all I am loving the whole experience and wish to take it a step further with their branding and print services. keeping my fingers crossed! Uptown guys are the real deal.

Long story short, see BBB complaints online and the bad reviews on this site. Its all true. I wouldn't trust their reviews listed on their website. I had 6 months of headache to get my website completed. Website it still not fully completed. Also, haven't received any reimbursement as promised. I have chat messages saved for proof. They claimed they made a website they presented to me. But when I reached out to owner from website they presented, it turns out they had no involvement. To top it off, you will not have ownership to your website. You will be given admin access but have from little to no capability to make any edits. Uptown is a shady company, consumer please be aware. Best if you shop around locally so you can work one on one with web designer, instead of trusting someone out of state and then takes your money. Uptown still hasn't follow up BBB complaint, which mean they don't care about their customers, only how much they can get from you. Tracking Follow-up: Uptown Care Support just replied to this rating on March 26th, 2020 and want me to reach out. I replied back on March 29th. Nevertheless, I have been updating care support throughout my 6 months of hassle experience and nothing have changed. But now my experience is out it public and now it's okay to help a customer out or hear them out. Sorry Uptown, I will not taking this review down until I get money reimbursed as promised. Tell Jason & Randolph I said hello! As of April 23, 2020, there has been no follow-up since I replied back on Mar 29th. As of Oct 29. 2020, there has been no follow-up, just been reaching for more services. Turns out who they say has been fired is still working there. They mentioned the representative name to whom I should follow up with my complaint. As I mentioned before please do your research. The positive comments here on trust pilot doesn't sound real. If uptown logo is legit, then their social media should prove that.

I would highly recommend Uptown Logo Design. They worked with me and designed a wonderful logo for my writing business. It was hard to chose from the sample designs. Every one of them was creative and visually stunning. Luke was there for me every step of the way and provided me with excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Uptown. Appreciate all of your work.

Hiring them became my worse nightmare, Until now i am struggling to get them to finish my website or refund me. they delayed me big time. i must say i been trapped with this company not recommended at all - its nightmare

Unfortunately I agree with all the bad reviews. Hiring them became my worse nightmare. Forget trying to ask for a refund because it won't happen. No customer services and work ethic is absolutely horrible. Thinking class action lawsuit needs to happen.
