Given my recent issues with OVH I find it refreshing that a person like Adel is so professional and understanding. I feel like she has the know how to get things moving in a better direction for the company. I hope OVH reads these and gives her some attention for her great work.

The sales team helped me correct my own error in a timely and professional manner. I had ordered a VPS on a two-year commitment and ordered the wrong number of cPanel licenses. Adel Y. from the sales team helped me correct the issue quickly and with minimal disruption.

Fast response with customer questions. Always find the best for customer.

OVH has done a great job on what they promise. Adel Y. from customer service was very knowledgeable and has helped us on multiple occasions and was able to get the 2 dedicated servers we needed setup right away and dispatched to the install team. The servers were then up an running in less than an hour and we haven't had any issues!

Overly impressed with the service, pricing, and customer support. Has really impressed me and we are moving all our hosting needs to OVH. Great staff!

Jeremy was the single most helpful sales chat I've ever come across. OVH as a whole must have a great environment set up. Jeremy was quickly able to get an Engineer to answer some more technical questions. Most checkout by 4pm on their work day these days.

Stood up a new VPS with this company based on turn up time, not prior reviews for a small local pool company. Within 10 minutes of the server being active, I begin to receive notices that the box has been compromised. At this point, we've yet to even log into it. So, the password provided and created by OVH was compromised. We reset the instance, reinstalled, and we set a 32 character password: Within 10 minutes - here we go again with the box being compromised. After hours and hours of going through server logs and working with their less than helpfull support, I found nothing. Nothing at all. No Malware, No RootKit, No Virus, No access logs, nothing. Nothing at all. This goes on for months and months. Finally had enough when they began to shut the server off on their own. When I complained about that, they started adding random firewall rules to block traffic, and then blames us. Finally fed up, and threatened to take it to social media - they send us a disconnect notice. Had issues with OVH since day .5 So happy to have left them and went with a real company based in the USA and not offshore.

Needed to migrate a few servers from one datacenter to the other, and Adel was a great help making this happen.
