This was initially a 1 star review as I had been charged twice for a server which was meant to be cancelled and their support had initially been much less than helpful. However. After writing this review, I was reached out to by a senior staff member called Pascal Jaillon who was stellar at his job. Within a couple days of writing his first email, I had received my refund.

Thank you Edward and apologies for the mishandling of your order. Pascal -- Hi Edward, We are sorry about the experience you had with us. We have reached out to you to get more details about your order and the account that was used but haven't heard back from you yet. Your transaction ultimately got approved by a Manager who allowed the delivery of the server without the required documents for a better experience. Please contact our customer support team so we can work with you to get this resolved. Pascal J.
