We were taken care of quickly and Dish set us up with service within hours of our first call. Professional and answered our questions to our satisfaction Would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The technician arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with the service.

Josh was on time, very efficient, and helped us understand everything we needed to know. He also was very neat and did not leave a mess. He was pleasant and polite. We hope we get him if we ever have any trouble.

So far we are very pleased with DISH. Out technician was very thorough and professional as well as very personable. Picture quality is outstanding.

You are given a 4-5 hour window to start.... But if you don't have a smart phone your screwed. I was given emails to tell me my 2 hr window and then his approximate TOA. Which I almost missed?! Because I didn't see my last email. The tech was rude as hell. He didn't explain anything. I have never had satalite before and needed a bit of help understanding it. He looked at me like I was crazy and a bit disgusted that I even asked for help. Then he announced he was done and leaving with without showing me the set up?! Again I got that Crazy look from him, he reluctantly showed me and relized he didn't have something set up right. After he got it running and explained everything I asked him to show me the dish outside and I got the crazy look again! As he was getting into his truck.... I then, at that point got a half assed smile and said your going to get a survey just put zero for everything, I did a great job for you, and drove off. Last night 6/25 we had a rain storm and I lost signal?!? What?! You better hope this doesn't happen every time it rains and snows or I'm not going to be very happy.

SIGNED UP FOR TV AND INTERNET WITH DISH. AFTER TV INSTALLED WAITED FOR MODEM. NEVER CAME !! WHEN I CALLED DISH I WAS GIVEN THE RUN-A-ROUND , FOUND OUT AFTER 5 PHN. CALLS , NO RECORD OF MY INTERNET SERVICE WAS EVER BEING ORDERED BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.

I love the picture quality and the channel selection and your customer service is excellent. The technicians that installed my system were also top-notch. Very professional and friendly and competent. The only issue I have with the whole thing, and to be fair, it is dragging my overall review from 4 stars to 2, is the DVR. Your hopper is a joke. While trying to control the playback of recorded shows, it seems to have a mind of it's own. It sometimes skips to the end of the recorded section, sometimes jumps to live TV, sometimes jumps back 20 min instead of 20 seconds. In short, it is maddening. I had Direct TV for years, and never experienced anywhere near this level of frustration with their DVR system.
