So far, very happy. Never knew how much better than direct tv,who treated me like a dog after 17 years of loyalty. Your line up is fabulous and I can see you care. Hence, your second request of feedback. Direct tv, dish, night and day. Born in Denver. Should have gone with a Denver company in the first place.

The tech took 1 hr to figure out where to put dish. Then had to run cable thru walls to make it all work. But the Internet wireless set up is even worse. He forgot to sign up our device to dish after installation and then left. That night when I got home from work I couldn't get on. Called dish tech on phone was really nice and tried to help upset me but he couldn't. Had to have another visit a WEEK later to get us online. So ridiculous. ..if this wasn't my only option for cable and Internet I would cancel.

Please don,t waste your time with US Dish, call Dish network direct and save a 49.99 non refundable fee that all they do is set up a account with Dish network for you and tell you your getting a great deal. Calling Dish network direct gives the same deals for free no 49.99 account set up fee.
