I am very pleased with the professional service rendered by Dish.

One week after I got dish they cancel my cbs.thats the channel we watch the most. Not happy ,may Have to go back to direct t v

We have the Dish cable channels set up and are satisfied with the signal and the way it operates. The only bad thing is that we got the internet set up and a technician or a Dish rep has not called us back to set up the on demand channels. And I am also very upset at the technician's behavior. I was not at home and my wife was there by herself with our 2 year old daughter. The tech was asking her personal questions about my work hours and what time I get home every day; not to mention he had the audacity to ask if my wife was married. He also gave my wife his personal cell number not a customer service number, which I believe to be totally classless, inappropriate, and unprofessional.

Scheduled the installation at a time several weeks before the furniture arrived. The technician was great until he realized that there was no tv in the house - and that's needed for the install. To bad the scheduler didn't verify ....

Like Dish but very upset that Dish refuses to offer us internet when we can't get any other internet here. I have a small child in school and I need the Internet for her. So disappointed in the refusal to allow us their internet service but happy with the tv service.

I am loving it.

Make it easy to learn the channel.

Great selection of channels for the price. Couldn't be happier with our experience so far.
