VACATIA.COM staff is excellence, very very great customer service, especially Lauren and Leah They had me at ONE to FOUR easy payment plans. :)) Our two bedroom suite with three televisions was perfect, after a LONG day at WDW//US in Orlando the three of us retreated to our own space and started the next day all over again. Sonesta staff are excellence, the rooms are clean and inviting.

The service exceeded my expectations! I changed my initial reservations from one location to another for convenience and had no problems whatsoever. Vacatia canceled my first reservation and set me up with a new reservation which better met our needs. Everything turned out great!

After we started our vacation where literally everything went wrong, we had the pleasure of working with Dan from Vacatia. He immediately started working to fix our issues, stayed in contact with us and made sure we had nothing else to worry about. Booking with Vacatia was the best decision and we will definitely book again. Dan, thank you again for turning everything around and ensuring that my family had a wonderful trip in Orlando!! You deserve a raise!!!

The woman I talked to to find our perfect place, was the best. I wish I could remember her name so that I could make sure she gets a raise! We were very pleasantly surprised at the Hilton resort home that she chose to show us. Very luxurious and the grounds were gorgeous as well on the Big Island. We would definitely rebook at this very place.

My family & I enjoyed staying at Blue Heron Resort. The young lady Suzzanne that checked us in was so friendly & helpful. We will definitely return there again. I've already told my friends/family of the place. They are planning to use the resort on their next vacation.

I love Vacatia, we stood at one of the resorts where clearly it wasn't what they made it out to be. The room was full of roaches, things were falling apart etc. But I contacted vacatia and within a few hours we were relocated to one of Orlando's best resorts. they really do make you feel at home and comfortable they resolve my problem within a few hours.

Very Happy with Vacatia. Would use site again. There was always someone available on the web chat when I had a question. Very easy to use website. The most important feature was your cancellation policy in case of an unforeseen situation.
