horrible company that does not like to pay. Claims take forever, that is for an inspector to come and look at vehicle after dealership recommendation on repairs. will deny claims stating inspector could not find any issues so they won't have to pay. stay away from third party extended warranty like allstate

I have waited over three months for the gap payment to be made and forced to make double car payments to avoid negative marks on my credit because there is no follow up from this company as it relates to your claims. I was on a call today (8.18.26) with their customer service for about 15 minutes and the woman yelled at me and talked over me and her tone was disgusting. I was clearly frustrated and she decided to be combative and make it worse. I considered returning to Allstate as we have four or five drivers in our household, but there is no way after this experience that I would ever consider doing business with Allstate again. AHIS and Allstate are terrible!

Tow service is pathetic!!! I waited over 3 hrs and then requested another company Soni wouldn't have to wait another hour ........they get tow companies 1.5 hours away!!! Bunch of idiots!!!

Total Ripoff, total scam Our policy was sold to us through a dealer of a certain conversion van company. We agreed to purchase the van and policy after the explanation that the van was converted and factory coverage does not apply. This exact reason was Allstate’s excuse when a 8000 dollar repair was necessary. They declined the entire responsibility though it was clearly stated as fully covered in there policy. A horrible setup through their agent and false pretense by Allstate.

My car is still sitting at a shop waiting on a repair and they can't even get an inspector to look at or return my calls

I purchased a premier coverage warranty with my 2019 Kia Optima when I purchased it used in 2022. Recently, I had an issue with the engine that would require extensive repair. My troubles began when it first took Allstate nearly a week to send an adjuster to look at the vehicle and over a week more to determine coverage. And while they ultimately did decide to cover the repair, they refused to cover 4.5 hours of additional diagnostic time *that they specifically required the mechanic to perform in order to determine coverage.* On top of this, they also refused to cover the suspension adjustment that was all but required to get the car back into good order. Despite repeated back and forth with multiple representatives at Allstate and their contract agreement clearly stating they would cover *reasonable* diagnostic time, they refused to budge on their frankly baffling decision. With what I paid for the warranty and what they were not willing to cover in this repair, it barely made the warranty worth it. I have no intention of signing up for one of their vehicle warranties again.

I bought an expensive car warranty. When the dealer found needed repairs I was told they have to wait for Allstate to come out and approve the repairs. The car was dropped off Thursday night. As of midday Tuesday Allstate has not come out yet.
