Not understanding I have 200 out of pocket for my repairs. Why was I required to pay $ 255 out of pocket. My first experience with using my repair warranty.

The works was great except when I purchased the warranty, I was advised that I had a $200 deductible and all else would be covered 100% bumper to bumper. This turned out to be not true.

I rated a four star for the fact of Me having to pay for a Bulb which was $700 due to shorting out. Who is to say the electrical problems with the truck we’re not the cause???

Great coverage, the only issues I had was the deductible was $100.00 more than I was told when I was sold the policy @ Subaru of Plano. I also didn’t find out about a rental car possibility until I spent 3 day’s borrowing a vehicle and staying stuck at home canceling doctors visits.

Process was easy. Surprised at dealership charging for additional labor supposedly declined by Allstate. Other than that, no issues.
