I love my fan. I use it often with my busy schedule, 2-3 trips each month. I have gifted it and recommended it to family and friends. They love it too. I recently had a mishap which caused the clip on the case to break, customer service was amazing! Very helpful and responsive. You can’t go wrong with this product.

Venty fans are brilliant. They have a great battery on them - on the lower setting they last 3-4 full nights sleep (possibly more but I always charge so as not to risk losing charge mid sleep!) You can plug them in to use too which is very helpful. Their height versatility, positions and features are very useful too - I’m not exaggerating when I say in warm weather, it doesn’t leave my side. It’s small and compact enough to pack and take it on warm holidays with me. I use it in the super hot buffet rooms while I eat my meals (because in warm weather, I’m usually too hot to enjoy my food … not with Venty!) I’ve taken it on a local night out, using the fan’s bag as my actual bag, during a UK heat wave and my friends and I have danced around it on oscilate (true story!) I loved it so much that I bought one for my mum and then also my husband and two daughters because they’ve proved much more reliable than larger plug in fans I’ve bought - and are much more useful/versatile. I will never not have a Venty - and I particularly chose this brand as some of the very similar ones I’ve seen out there, usually cheaper, appear to have a significantly inferior battery/life and less features/lower quality look - so I think it’s worth the extra Venty cost in the short term for a superior product. I’ve recommended it to many and I think when the fateful mid life hot flushes inevitably turn up one day, it’ll only grow in its indispensability.

My fan quit working after 2yrs and it was out of warranty. I had inquired if there was anything I could do to fix it and no was the answer after a few failed tries and pictures and a video. But I like my Venty fan as it is such a good travel fan as well as a good sleep fan. The customer service I received was so good. In the end I got a discount which I used to purchase another fan and by the way... this was my 4th fan. I personally have two and I purchased two for my family who was in the area of no electricity for a week due to storms that had tore through their area. So in all...I highly recommend Venty fan to those of you who are looking for a nice quiet good fan. Their worth every penny!

I love my Venty fan but recently had broken a part on it. I contacted Venty customer service and Nina did a great job of helping out to get my fan up and running again.

Had an issue with my fan, Venty were brilliant in solving the problem, very impressive customer service and company.

Nina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She guided me through troubleshooting a broken fan and it was replaced. I can't recommend Venty enough or Nina. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!

Purchased a Venty fan and it a developed a fault as can happen with anything mechanical & electrical. I think that’s when you find out how good a company is when you have an issue. I needn’t have worried, first rate customer service and after a short verification process a new fan was dispatched. A company you can trust. Oh yeah, it’s a great fan as well :)

I had unexpected issues with my fan after having it for 1.5 years. For the past year, using it almost daily. I reached out to customer service and they had the issue resolved within 24 hours and a replacement fan was delivered in 2 days. It was easy to contact them and I was very pleased with their customer service. Besides that, the fan is absolutely wonderful!!! I love how compact it is and I take it with me on every trip!
