Recommended by my step daughter. I saw one in her house and was impressed. So I bought two. Delivery was a little tricky but they arrived eventually. Very pleased that Nina kept in touch throughout .

I have 4 of the original Venty fans and I love them. I use them for travel or for helping cool off around the house. When one of my fans stopped working, I contacted customer service and the response from Nina, was quick, and my issue was taken care of immediately.
