Spoke to a customer service lady I believed name Jessica at 1 am and she answered all my questions was cautious cause I had to pay before my appointment . But I went ahead paid then had an appt for the next day on a Sunday at 4:30 in afternoon . Short video appt all from comfort of my home and just received my card yesterday . Will def use again !!!!!!!!

Wish I did it sooner. My appointment was at 10am over the phone because skype wouldnt connect. Told the doc my MMC number, verified a couple of questions, and received my printable card all within 5 minutes.

The dr. Was nice. But I have a question after I went to my primary doctor and sent a fax to about my condition like your Dr. Told me to when do I hear about getting my card. I don't know if I'm supposed to be doing something.

Everything went very smoothly. I set an appointment for the same day, the dr was very helpful, answered all of my questions and replied promptly when I had to reach her about a question I had after the visit had ended. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their medical card
