The experience was great. I just feel that I may be overpaying for what I am getting. Your competition is way ahead of you. Watching a couple of movies a month, then expect buffering for the rest of the period is a litttle ridiculous.

I felt like the girl I spoke to only wanted me to add the protection and didn't even ask if I wanted to sign up she told me she had canceled my order she had fixed my reception even before we hung up! So I would not have needed the protection plan she didn't care That I was on a fixed income I felt used!

It’s ok always having problems with the internet not working when calling they sound like they don’t want to talk and they also want you to answer some questions at the end they also at more and more to your billing and don’t seem to go down

My “internet” died on a Sunday and after 5x trying & $40 extra bucks…. I now have internet. Unless you’re from Pakistan, Good Luck understanding a single word being spoken to you! It amazed me that after 7 years of service; I suddenly get my internet “cut off” after my gigs are used up & for an extra $20.00. This is a pain in my azz! I’m switching to a new internet company ASAP!

I've been trying since we got ViaSat as a service to get my original phone number ported over to my new location. I've called numerous times about this situation with absolutely no results. I'm paying for a home phone service I don't have. My husband and I are both disabled and its one of the ways we rely on to get services and other things if we are without our cellphones.

My device has not been working properly. I left the reps snow and all they said was well. It sounds like you need to run a test which I can’t because I don’t have cell phone signal. I only have Viasat and if I did that it would disconnect the rep said well is there anything else I can do? Have a good day Terrible customer service and I have not been able to use my viasat for two weeks
