ViewrailReviews of viewrail.com

Horrible communication and instructions on how to install the product.

We really love our floating staircase and handrails. Great quality and stunning. Thank you!

Excellent product and customer service. All of the representatives were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This made the process of buying a rail system very easy. Highly recommended!!

The sales people were great. The design people were great. The shipment wasn't so great as the glass got scratched. The panels were not locked down as they separated during transit. Looks like we have to deal with it because no returns.

For an online / phone based order, the process was amazing and the end product worked out beautifully. I'll admit I was a bit nervous with doing something as complex as our stair project remotely but it worked out great.

We chose Viewrail because it looked simple and straightforward to install on our deck - and it looked beautiful! We had no regrets. There were a few issues involving the angle of the rail for the stairs, but the support team was wonderful to deal with and a few parts were remade for us at no extra charge. Customer service was prompt and helpful. We are not professionals. We are DIY homeowners and we were more than pleased with the result!

We are very happy with our Viewrail system. It is like an erector set, with lots of parts, but the team there was very helpful in getting it done.

The glass railing that we have is beautiful. They were the only company we could find that could make it the exact way we wanted it. I installed it myself and it was pretty easy. We even shattered a piece of glass at install and they sent us out another one without charging an arm and a leg. Great to work with and I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.
