Hello Anthony your order number is #11848 - We've investigated your concern and found that you had previously placed an incorrect order (#11749) with the wrong size on February 26th. At that time, we intervened to prevent shipment. Regarding your current order placed on March 4th, we appreciate your patience. We're waiting for the vendor to provide tracking details, which may take a few more days. Please expect delivery within 4-5 business days. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your feedback. Best regards.

A beautiful dresser. But of course it required dedicated and (in my case) professional assembly which took two hours. Pretty much as expected. The all-wood construction is great but some of the drawers do stick as a result, hence the four stars. I have sent off for wood-on-wood lubricant which will hopefully remedy that difficulty. But a wonderful looking piece of furniture nonetheless.

Appreciate your feedback! Sorry about the assembly challenge and drawer issue. Hope you enjoy your new dresser!

Ordered flooring. Said on their site that it was in stock. Then after ordering and paying they came back and said that it wasn't in stock at the warehouse near me, so would have to be shipped from farther away which cost another $250. They were very communicative during this, so that was nice. They also promptly answered other questions I had. Sadly, the flooring itself was more rustic than the photos and sample, and most of the prices were SHORT. Obviously flooring comes in different lengths in each box, but we had many pieces as short as 12" and not a single 7' piece - crazy and very disappointing. Also had pieces with righting on it???

Hello Rachel (#9782), 1. We acknowledge that you placed an order with us, but due to stock unavailability at our warehouse, we incurred additional shipping expenses. To mitigate our losses, we covered 50% of the costs and requested that you pay the remaining 50% to enable us to complete the order. 2. We rely on vendor-provided specifications for product dimensions. If you encountered any discrepancies, we wish you had notified us promptly so we could collaborate on a mutually acceptable resolution.. 3. Pieces with writing on - what this is about? 4. Our website clearly outlines a 30-day return policy. We regret that you did not inform us of the issues you experienced within this period, as we would have been happy to assist you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Poor customer service and misleading website. I ordered flooring and paid. Two days later they came back and said I needed to pay more if I wanted the product. Then, they stopped communicating. After writing this review they started communicating again. They said they didn’t charge me but they did, my credit card shows charges from that date. They reversed the payment and now are leaving the order sit open. Avoid at all costs!

Hello Matt, Regarding order #11543, we are working to find suitable shipping arrangements. Although we haven't shipped or billed you, and are awaiting payment for extra shipping, you submitted a duplicate order and reviewed our service negatively. We would appreciate the opportunity to serve you before being evaluated.
