I have always been confused, overwhelmed, intimidated by, and disinterested in makeup until I saw a video with Violette explaining her intention and philosophy. I fell in love with the idea, so I took a chance and gave it a try, and I’m so happy I did. It’s so easy and it makes me feel so feminine and confident, and I’ve never felt that way about myself before. I’ll be a lifetime customer.

I prodotti in se sono buoni anche se di fascia prezzo alta. Un balm 37 euro per un brand nuovo, e molto. Il vero problema sono le policy. 9 euro di spedizione anche per un acquisto di 85 euro, e il pacco arriva 13/16 giorni dopo. Ho acquistato sul sito 3 volte e ogni volta la stessa storia. Analizzando il prodotto Bisou balm mi piace molto ma dura pochissimo. Petal anche, la resa è bella ma dura poco. Consiglio solo per i Francesi, per noi non vale la pena.

First of all, their products are great. Second, they offer free express shipping to the EU which is very rare for a brand base in the US (they ship from the US). And probably the most important: their CS is impeccable
