Worst company with worst services. They are talking like they run a mob of gangsters. I purchased 2 plans with them, they failed the verification, and when I asked for a refund, they laughed and told me that they would not refund it. It was some name, "Joe" I don't know what to do now. They are laughing and making fun of me. I called their number, which is +18888250800, and pressed 4 for billing. Seriously, it is disgusting because I have paid $47.15 for it, and what is get is people laughing at me and keeping my money.

Was not told when signing up that I would need to validate my identity, and despite their taking my CC info and payment, I have no account access without first proving my identify. This isn't a bank or securities firm, so WTH? Customer service ignored my payment refund requests and have gone silent on chat. Catch-22 You cannot cancel an account and recurring payments without first performing identity verification.

Getting the right information from these people is like pulling teeth. They know how to take your money

I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

Been with them for over 10 years and the upgrades they did have been a complete nightmare. User interface is confusing and all tech support is routed to another country. I don't mind the changes however users should have their systems updated rather than us having to call in and be told to read a how to guide on the website. If you're a small business looking for a virtual phone service look elsewhere.

Hello Jeff and/or Billing Department, I just realized that we never received a refund or the refund check that was supposed to be issued once your telephone was sent back. We received confirmation that your office did indeed receive the telephone, was there a problem with the refund? Guess what...They now don't respond to email or phone but when we were with them they were always in contact with us.

The answer to my question was very brief and basically just said "no, sorry, can't help/don't offer what you need" and that's it. There was no clarification as to why, what else could possibly be offered as help, suggestions or assistance. I asked if my needs cannot be met for suggestions as to any other companies who might offer the services, there was simply no response to that.

The reps are wonderful. When you can get to talk to one. Waited on hold for almost 15 minutes today, around 8:50am PDT. Costly experience with their phone app. And the issues with it are not yet resolved so it cannot be used. The app kept defaulting my number to "unavailable", no matter how many times I marked myself as available. I didn't even know there was an inssue until I wondered why I wasn't receiving any calls. After I discovered that, I kept marking myself as available and it kept defaulting to unavailable. Disaster. I'm in sales, I lost thousands in commission, didn't make my quota. Also - and this might not be arising from the VirtualPBX platform, so maybe not their fault - but all of us salespeople here have horrible problems with a delay in the sound so, talking on the phone with someone, we always end up interrupting each other. It's frustrating, time-consuming, affects the relationship-building. I don't have this problem when I originate the call from my phone, only on the calls that come to the (same) phone via the system. 5/8/17, Update: Thanks for the response, Charlie, but it's cold comfort. The sum of your replyy is that you're paying attention to a known issue - attempting an an adequate job of taking care of business. More meaningful would have been an offer of some months of free service or *some* kind of offering. Kind of worse than no response at all.
