The whole team at VirtualPBX has been amazing! Especially Taylor when I asked for something unusual he made it happen. He has walked me through all the steps and has helped me to set up when in all honesty I am not always the brightest crayon. Thank you VirtualPBX team for making my experience exceptional!

Worst company with worst services. They are talking like they run a mob of gangsters. I purchased 2 plans with them, they failed the verification, and when I asked for a refund, they laughed and told me that they would not refund it. It was some name, "Joe" I don't know what to do now. They are laughing and making fun of me. I called their number, which is +18888250800, and pressed 4 for billing. Seriously, it is disgusting because I have paid $47.15 for it, and what is get is people laughing at me and keeping my money.

I opted for the Build For You option, and it saved a lot of time and front-end effort. Rory Cole's guidance and help enabled me to be up and running much faster. She was very helpful and easy to work with. Appreciate!

My experience with VirtualPBX has been great. Everyone I have had contact with has been extremely supportive and helpful. Most of my contact has been with Taylor and I have to give him a shout out because he went through everything I had questions about thoroughly and followed up to make sure everything was working the way I needed it to work. Great service and support, a great team.
