The prices are affordable (under $100 to do what Verizon was charging with a lot more features)… everyone should have a virtualPBX. Was not told when signing up that I would need to validate my identity, and despite their taking my CC info and payment, I have no account access without first proving my identify. This isn't a bank or securities firm, so WTH? Customer service ignored my payment refund requests and have gone silent on chat. Catch-22 You cannot cancel an account and recurring payments without first performing identity verification.

Getting the right information from these people is like pulling teeth. They know how to take your money
