Customer service is very responsive, but they were unable to solve all of my problems. It should not be difficult to get my voicemails forwarded to my email.

The price and call quality are good, but the lack of 24x7 support is a serious issue for us. It was highlighted today when a call routing issue left us without working phones for hours. It was Sunday and support didn't open till 10a east coast time. Even after 10a nobody answered the support line, it just rang and rang, never going to voicemail.

I was sold 2 pbx phones at 170 each. Once i received them called in for support and I was told to buy a router at a cost of 100. Bought a router called back and couldn't get any support. Basically wasted 500 dollars as everything is still in a box 6 months later.

Not the easiest to navigate, and not the worst. There was a system wide outage a few weeks ago, and I had to call in to find out why our phones weren't working - there was NO notification for this. I can understand if it only affected a handful of customers, but system wide?! Yeah, that's a huge issue. Not the first time I've had issues - I've had to call in 2 and sometimes 3 times to get an adequate answer to an issue, as they always seem to want to transfer you to a different person, or "call you back". (hint: they never do)
