I have been selling these machines for 40 years, and I assure you that very few customers have encountered this type of issue. A blade or a screw can break for any number of reasons, but not with the frequency that is happening to you. We are at your service. We are sorry about what happened. You made the purchase on 9/3 and received it on 9/5. It is within a 48-day delivery range, which is what is estimated for deliveries. Good afternoon We are sorry for what happened, we have already sent you the damaged part. We ship around 60 Lock Mortiser FC116U machines per month to our customers and we haven't had few problems like what happened to you. We cannot control the way the carrier makes deliveries or treats the merchandise. But we can solve the problems like we are doing with you. We hope it is resolved soon and you can use your machine.
