The instructions were totally inaccurate or at least uninformative. There is no mention in the instruction manual that the tool is meant to be used with a compressor. And no way to understand how to use it with a vacuum pump either. I eventually figured out how to use it with the vacuum pump by plugging the small hole next to the outlet designed for the compressor use but there was no way to know this by reading the manual.

Honestly just the choice of shipper- paying 35 American, plus another 55 Canadian to get this shipped to Canada is obnoxious.

Slightly bummed out when our manual edge bander stopped working after very limited use… BUT! Virutex Tools was quick to respond, had the part we needed, shipping was fast and we were back running in no time! Sometimes things go wrong with tools but customer service handled it seamlessly!

Great great product ordered it and shipped out relatively quick for being in Southern California. Amazing tool. The only thing that I’m iffy about is that power switch hope it holds up.

I received my order in a timely manner and was satisfied with the order process. However, I used the chat option before I ordered to determine if I needed to order bolts with the blade holder and never did get a reply, even after a day of waiting. This caused me to order parts I really didn't need.
