I have nothing but the highest praise for Volusion and the support team. I had no idea what I was doing when I first switched to volusion. I had to call 4 and 5 times a day. They were always courteous, patient, and understanding of my lack of understanding a website and how to work it! I have now been with Volusion 3 or 4 years and the quality of the support has been consistent throughout.

A sales team pitch a phone/ tablet compatible version of Volusion. Only half of the information needed was given. We purchased the offer without really needed. After delivering a HORRIBLE product, which we could not accept, you would not return one cent of our money. We lost all trust in you and hired other companies to do the work we needed.

The majority of the Set-up information is provided in video format. It would help if there was a basic outline in written format to prevent the user from having to watch an entire video when they only need to know one thing. Response time to questions is very good.

Volusion is always available to answer my questions with knowledgable customer service. I can run and maintain my website without a team of people. They make it easy to be a small business and look big. I am adding more websites to Volusion this year and look forward to an easy process.

Volusion has been great for us. We are beginners at website creation and Volusion has made it easy. They are always available when I can't figure something out. The only negative is the small range of coupons you can create and the inability to schedule a time for pages to change to something new. Great service!
