I made 2 different purchases and neither splint worked or stayed on. I made every effort to keep the splint on. No matter how tight I got it. It still slipped off. And yes it's the right size for my dog. Strongly against getting another from here.

I ordered the wrong size and Jillian Daigle helped me make adjustments and assisted in exchanging the wheels out so it would fit my dog. She was so helpful and accommodating. It’s been tough seeing my dog not able to walk and having this wheelchair allows me to take her on walks and enjoy life to the fullest while she can. Thank you!

This product has made an unbelievable difference in our ability to care for our sweet Saint Bernard. After suffering from a spinal stroke she was fully paralyzed in both back legs, and we ordered a Walkin' Wheels almost immediately. Over the last few weeks, the Wheels (and the stirrups) have allowed her to rehab her legs and she has regained motion and strength in both legs so much faster than we expected. Without this product, we would not have been able to keep her active and we do not believe she would have been able to recover as quickly and smoothly as she has. She loves the wheels now, and races all over our large yard in them (be sure to stay out of her way, she has no problem running you over!)! My customer service experience with Walkin' Pets has also been fantastic. I ordered the wheels, and my family then decided we needed faster shipping. I called and was quickly connected with a representative who adjusted my shipping choice and was extremely helpful and kind. The wheels arrived exactly within the promised window, and all parts and pieces were present, well packaged, and easy to put together. And we love the pink color and the air tires option, as we live on some land and the more sturdy tires allow her to really move about. I would highly recommend Walkin' Wheels to any friends or family who experience a need in the future. In this difficult and stressful time for our family, the ease of use, excellent service, and quality of this product have made all the difference. We and our Saint thank you!

The staff was extremely helpful in getting the correct measurements for my dog. I was the item would arrive the following Wednesday after being ordered on Friday. It arrived Monday. I purchased a “refurbished” item which looked new. It was easy to assemble and my Basset-Beagle cross took right to it. The vet was impressed by the Walk-in’ Wheels.

I feel there could be some improvements made. There are minimal instructions provided and they display poor quality diagrams. When I tried to access the link provided for further instruction it was no longer available. Also, it is quite a challenge to fit the chair to your pup, as the fitting process requires your pup to stand up, and well, if you're getting the wheelchair there's a good chance that your pup is struggling to do just that. I have scheduled an appointment with my veterinarian for assistance with this so that I don't cause further injury to my dog as a result of not having it fitted properly.
