Chris and Cody at Watch Chest are great guys to deal with. My wife loves her new Rolex. It was a surprise Christmas gift that replaced her stolen Lady DateJust and was a perfect match. Because it was a surprise, I couldn’t just go measure her wrist. It turned out she needed an additional link and Chris and Cody came through sending me one. Excellent people to work with and I highly recommend Watch Chest.

Hi from Melbourne! I just finsinhed up purchasing my first timepiece from Watch Chest and it was a perfect buying experiece. I had spent 2 solid months contacting retailers all around the world looking for the ideal example of a Rolex 16233 with Tapestry Dial. And I had gotten fed up with dealing with non-professional, slow to respond retailers. When I came across the Watch Chest website, I saw that it had the piece I wanted, so I went ahead and booked a phone appionment with Christopher Wiley. During our conversation Christopher spoke as if he had all the time in the world for me, I found this really bizzar, but very reassuring. By the end of our conversation, after he had patiently answered all my questions and offered a great deal of info on top of that, I was ready to pull the trigger and make the purchase. But then he told that they only accept Bank Wire transfers and not Paypal payments from outside the US. This ment that l would need to send cash without the buyer protection offered by Paypal. This was not ideal for me becuase it was a substantial amount to send without having the peace of mind offered by Paypal's security and although my impression of Chris so far had been good, I still had never done business with him before. Chris said he understood completly and recommended I do some research on him and Watch Chest on Trustpilot.com and RolexForums.com to see previous customers experiences. So that was exactly what I did and came to see that basically all of reviews where very positive. I wired the money over the following day, once they received the payment they sent the watch out the next day and it arrived at my doorstep nice and fast. The watch was pristine! And exaclty as described. So, it goes without saying, especially to those in Australia who are hesitant buying internationally because of the limitation of not being able to inspect the timepiece in the metal - Buy through Watch Chest with confidence as they do honest business. 5 stars!

Just want to let you know that I received my watch this morning and I am beyond impressed! The watch is everything that you advertised and is in mint condition! Your service has been second to none that I’ve dealt with in the online watch industry. I’ve purchased from Bob’s, Swiss Watch Expo, Crown and Caliber as well as a couple of others and your service and quality of product is by far superior to your competition. I also found your price reasonable as well compared to the others. Thank you for the personal service that you’ve given me and if you will send me a link do your preferred review site, I will be happy to post this review!

My first purchase from Watch Chest was in 2016 when I purchased a DateJust for my husband as a retirement present. This was my first Rolex purchase and because it was pre-owned I was concerned about authenticity and quality. After talking with Chris I felt very confident buying from Watch Chest. In fact, I was so pleased with my first purchase that I purchased myself a Lady's Datejust from him two years later. Unfortunately September 2020 my watch stopped keeping time and it needed to be repaired. Because it was still under warranty Chris did a full service at no charge. I had been thinking about a diamond bezel for quite some time so I thought this would be the perfect time to have one installed. Chris and I discussed my options, an aftermarket or authentic Rolex. After some research I decided the Rolex bezel was the best for me. The quality of the diamonds and the precision Rolex uses when setting the diamonds was the deciding factor. Also, this would keep my watch an original Rolex. As fate would have it, Chris had the perfect Rolex bezel to fit my watch. I just received my watch and can't stop admiring it, polished like new with it's new Rolex diamond bezel sparkling just as I envisioned. They did an outstanding job servicing, cleaning and installing the diamond bezel. Chris, Corey & Cody are the go to guys if you are looking for that special team of professionals that you can trust! Bottom line. Chris and his staff know Rolex's. Buy from Watch Chest, you won't regret it. Thanks again, Sandra C.
