The doctor waant rude but I couldn’t really understand him very well. He oscribed an oral steroid and an antibiotic drop and I’ve been taking them for 3 days and my symptoms are not any better. I used this service because I don’t have medical insurance so I don’t have a pcp. There was no option to get back in touch with the doctor without paying for another consolation so now I’m going to have to go to the ER. I spent $50 on this appointment and $129 for the prescription and now I’m going to have an ER bill on top of that.

They misdiagnosed my son and gave him the wrong RX, then when I asked for a refund per the money back guarantee they did refund, but asked me not to use their service again. Very efficient and easy but the doctor I had asked me if you are allergic to penicillin what would I give you which was confusing to me and didn't give me as much confidence. But I got my prescription and it was fast and easy.
