Honestly, I was skeptical at first about a online diagnoses but after filling out all of the information, allergies, etc and knew that I have a upper respiratory infection, I proceeded to contact them. I was called back within an hour, described my symptoms and doctor ordered prescriptions to my pharmacy immediately. For a common cold or URI, this is the place for me as I don't want to drive to an urgent care center and wait for hours only to tell me the same thing and prescribe my Z-Pac and pay way more on my co-pay than MDProactive charges. This service is very convenient if you're needing a prescription for something you KNOW you have.
