Customer Service is stellar. When I bought the wrong size mask even though I measured, they sent me an entire package of the small adult size. These masks are quite a bit shorter top to bottom which still works for me. They are enough smaller side to side that I can feel it--feels a bit small in comparison to the old standard size--but I think it's not too small. Since it's surprisingly difficult to find well-reviewed masks, I'll stick with WellBefore. Thank you! Follow up: now that I've worn the mask instead of just trying it on, it is too small. I guess my face is not a small adult. The mask feels as if it slips and slides when I talk. So, still searching for a mask that will fit my face (the previous companies I bought from seem to have disappeared).

Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊 We're really glad the smaller size ended up working for you, even if it feels a bit snug compared to the standard. It truly means a lot that you're sticking with us — we’re always here if you need anything! 💛

This is the only masks I buy, the N95. I use for yard work. Mowing grass and raking really kicks up a lot of airborne particles causing airway irritation so I try to wear when working outside. Indoor I use when vacuuming. The house gets extremely dusty with forced air heat. I also wear when cleaning out old files and items stored in bins for years. Old papers hold mold spores. My allergist recommends I wear a mask to avoid feeling unwell. It definitely helps and makes me feel less stressed when having to do anything that causes poor air quality. I highly recommend WellBefore products.

The metal bands in the mask don’t bend correctly or were snapped in half during shipping? During manufacturing? So the mask slides around. Doesn’t seem very protective compared to other available masks, unfortunately.
