Thank you for the opportunity to provide this review. I have ordered several packages of masks and they were good quality and fit. The masks that I received in my last order were not the same size. They were much smaller, very tight fitting and very uncomfortable, so I could not use them. I contacted the company. The customer service was excellent and the company immediately sent replacements, but the replacements are also too small. I am disappointed because I liked the quality and fit.

Hi Char, thanks for your honest comments and review. These will help us to improve our processes and services. Firstly, we are sorry to know you felt our products changed their sizes. Please note, since the last order you got were different than the original product you usually purchase from us, there might be a different in size between them, for which we always inviste our customers to check the sizing guidelines we always provide for each model of masks we offer on our site. With that said, and in order to help you as customer, we provided further information through email. Let us know if you have questions after reding it. Stay tuned!

good product but slow delivery

Hello Laura. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize on behalf of the courier, sometimes due to high volumes of packages orders may be delayed randomly. That being said, please allow us to clarify that once the order is placed, it takes 24-48 weekday hours to leave our warehouse. Rest assured we will take note of this issue, we are always working hard to help our customers with high-quality products as well as excellent service. Stay safe and have a lovely day!
