Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck.WOO can help you become unstuck. Better yet, it can even remove you as the bottleneck of your own business.A perfect example of removing the bottleneck inefficiency is leveraging Virtual Assistants. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload.Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time.Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will:Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the BottleneckTurn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business.Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them.Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done.Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. How else could a business which hires mainly unmotivated high school students survive? These massive businesses understand the value of delegating to teams and, as such, they develop efficient systems that maximize time and profits.

I attended the three day virtual training and it was absolutely amazing! I learned so much about being a leader, managing a team and overall marketing and scaling your business. Highly recommend this training and program! Will definitely be back for more!

Not Just for Your Business While I joined WOO for the purpose of growing my business, I do still have a W2 job and I've been amazed at how much WOO works for the W2 job as well. The purpose and importance of systems translate for both your personal business and a W2 job. So, does the one-on-one meetings with team members (or direct reports). WOO has also increased my confidence level, not just for my business, my W2 job, but also for town positions that I hold. WOO is an investment, but the returns are great!

Everyone in the WOO program is very knowledgeable! I loved that their were templates (in addition to the videos and instructions) that allowed me to move faster because I didn’t have to start from scratch. I went from no team members to 2 and it has changed the game for my business.

The team at Well-Oiled Operations, led by Stacy Tuschl, is top-notch. I found so much value in the 6 months I worked with them. Alot of it I knew, but somehow being a part of the program, motivated me. And I also got so many great new ideas! I only wish I'd had a program like this 15 years ago!!

I wasn’t surprised that Tuschl and her team overdelivered on the WOO program. I found it to be incredibly comprehensive and detailed. Very practical! I’m confident that no matter what stage I am in, everything I learned will help me on my entrepreneurial journey!
