Well Oiled was just the program and the push I needed to start improving the systems and structures in my business. My initial focus was on hiring and the modules and support from my coach, Tony, were so helpful in guiding me to build a strong hiring and onboarding process. Since starting WOO in September 2025 I have onboarded 6 new contractors, created a replicable trajectory for hiring and onboarding, and landed several new clients (including one with an initial deposit of $29k) that we never would have been able to manage without a larger team.
