I like all the information it gives. I’ve only had it about a week so I’m still learning about all the information it has. I look forward to checking it each day. The only problem is I get different readings on my iPad and iPhone. They should be the same.

The data on your iPhone and iPad may differ if you’re signed in to different Welltory accounts. Please check that both devices use the same account and sign-in method. Also, not all iPad models support or connect to Apple Health, so some health and activity data available on your iPhone may not sync to your iPad.

I’ve been using Welltory since early in 2024. Together with Rize it helped me to get control of a serious sleep deficit that was causing a constellation of physical symptoms that resulted from caregiving a loved one over an extended period.it will not read blood pressure but will analyze and give somewhere to build up data.

Whilst I quite like this site like most things on the internet you join and with in a minimum of time they want more money for an upgrade, not happy with this. First and last year for me!

Update: Welltory reconsidered my case and issued me a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to look at the situation again and resolve it. Thank you to the Welltory team for listening and making things right. I’m very happy with how this was ultimately resolved. ---------------------------------- Very disappointing My subscription then auto-renewed for $99. I contacted Welltory four days later and offered to give up access immediately, but they refused a refund because their refund window is only 2 days (sometimes 3). A 2-day refund window for a $99 annual subscription is extremely customer-unfriendly. I won’t be subscribing again.

This app offers a lot of information. I still don’t understand at all. So, I’m still trying to figure it all out. I purchased this program, but it keeps pushing for a premium upgrade and I’m reluctant because I don’t even understand what I’ve actually bought on this one. The reason I purchased this program is to monitor my stress levels, but according to this program, I don’t have any stress. I always felt like I don’t get stressed and I needed some proof on that so maybe this is my proof. I don’t get stressed.

We’re sorry the app has left you more confused than informed, especially after you paid and continued seeing Premium prompts. Please contact us via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send so we can verify exactly what you purchased and whether the upgrade messages are appearing correctly. Welltory’s Stress score reflects physiological stress calculated from HRV at the time of measurement, and not your personality or how emotionally stressed you feel. A low score may indicate that your body was relatively balanced during that reading, but it isn’t proof that you never experience stress. We appreciate your feedback and agree that both the results and subscription differences should be explained much more clearly.

I am a new user and starting to use it helped me see my health status through the app and record it so I could change it for the better. The pace of life is very fast and often there is no time to see what is going wrong, or maybe I don't want to see it. I hope it will help me. A few observations for improving the app, 1 does not take blood pressure data from the iPhone (you have to enter it manually). 2 my iPhone shows text (menu) in my country's language (Lithuania), it would be more convenient to use. 3 there is no direct integration with ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. to discuss the readings and possible actions, you have to make complex and large-scale screenshots. Sincere thanks to the whole team.

Blood pressure readings stored in Apple Health should sync automatically when Welltory has permission to access them. If they’re available in Apple Health but not appearing in Welltory, please check the permissions and send us a report via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send so we can investigate. We’ve also noted your request for a Lithuanian interface. Finally, we already offer an experimental Welltory AI Coach, which can access your Welltory data and discuss personalized insights without requiring numerous screenshots. I wear my watch every day and night, I fully charge during the day. I don’t understand how so many nights you don’t even get a read on me when I wake up, I’m wearing my watch all night and there is no data read on how long I slept, how I slept?? This is not an inexpensive application not to love it and get the answers you’re looking for. I am going to try to take off one link off my watch to see if that helps, I hope so otherwise, I don’t see a reason for keeping this app. I just wanted to love it, so far I’m definitely not loving it!

We’re sorry the app hasn’t been giving you the sleep insights you expected. Wearing the watch snugly can help, but missing nights may also be caused by incomplete Apple Health / Health Connect / Samsung Health sleep data or syncing issues. Please check that sleep permissions are enabled for Welltory in your source. If the data is present there but missing in Welltory, send us a report through Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send and attach screenshots of the missing nights. We’ll be happy to investigate.
