Adam,
First and foremost, I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you went through. What you described is frustrating, exhausting, and absolutely not the experience we want any customer to have, especially when you’re simply trying to expand your account and give us more business.
As the head of Support, I take full ownership of this. The delays, the ticket resets, being passed between reps, and the feeling of being stuck in a loop are clear signals that we failed you here. That’s on us.
Your feedback was taken very seriously. In fact, it directly accelerated two concrete changes on our side:
Self-serve seat management – We were already planning to allow customers to add seats on their own, but based on your feedback, we moved this up in our roadmap so customers won’t have to depend on Sales or Support for something that should be simple and immediate.Billing & account request handling – We’ve tightened ownership and monitoring of our billing and account-related queues to ensure these requests are handled faster and don’t bounce between teams or reopen as new tickets.I also want to be very clear: growth on the executive level should never come at the cost of losing touch with our customers. Your message was a needed reminder, and I appreciate the candor — even when it’s uncomfortable to hear.
As a small token of appreciation for taking the time to share honest feedback and give us the opportunity to improve, I’d like to add 5 additional seats to your account at no cost.
If you’re open to it, please email me directly with your full username and or account name at [email protected], and I’ll personally take care of this for you and make sure things are resolved smoothly.
Thank you again for calling this out. We have work to do, and we’re doing it.
