Customer service was excellent. My only comment negatively is the fit into the Apple Watch is not fantastic. There wasn’t any information with the strap or online (that I found) to explain the tight fit. The replacement is much better but still difficult. Love the product

Hi Jord group, I love your watches. They are in my opinion the nicest and best designed wooden watches on the market. Your customer service has also been some of the best ive ever experienced. The only low point of these watches are they're durability. I find that they break with very minor impacts or snags. ( I currently have 3 of your watches in rotation and 3 that I can no longer wear). The other day one of my "HYDE" (ebony on steal) where the pin that hold the band to the face bent and can no longer be worn. If youd like I can send you pics. I would like to see what I can do to repair myself or get this watch repaired so I can put it back into my rotation.
