Customer service was great, but the pink leather band that I ordered arrived looking dirty and worn down. It also fit much tighter than expected, even using the measurement tools provided. Disappointed with the product, but not at all with the company itself.

I love your watches. The wooden watches are great because they go with any outfit I’m wearing. They are so unique. They keep great time and I have gotten so many compliments on my watch

JORD watches are a work of art. very inexpensive when you consider the time put into crafting these gorgeous time pieces. I love mine. it's the Dover 43mm automatic skeleton. it's made with Olive and Acacia woods. since it's made of wood, no two watches will ever be the same. the attention to detail is amazing. the beautiful wood box it comes in is a humidor. this box is also made with a lot of detail. you really do get your money's worth. be prepared to answer a lot of questions and get a lot of compliments.

There are very few companies that have figured out how to reach a level that Jord has seemingly conquered. From their high quality products, wonderful customer service, and overall just a fantastic experience. I personally now own two watches, and have recommended many purchases in the last couple years. I don't recommend companies or products very often, however I absolutely hands down would recommend Jord.
