I never received my last order , it was left at someone else house , I checked the box for signatures and nothing , i really need my stuff , i cant afford to buy it again

I have sent two different “messages” on site with zero response. I ordered my purchase with a 15%discount code from makeup artist jessika see, the free minis code, and chose free shipping. when I inputted my paypal information it erased all codes. Charged me full Price, no minis, AND charged me 10$shipping!!!!! Even if this product was worth it. I will never again order. The customer service is nonexistent.

The dry time on this adhesive is super slow. I’m very disappointed especially with how expensive it is.

The dry times for our four adhesives, FlexFusion® with RCT (Purple), FlexFusion® with RCT (Black), Xtreme Volume™, and HP-Ultra®, are different to allow for a variety of options for our stylists. Our hypoallergenic medical-grade FlexFusion adhesives are ideal for consumers with sensitive eyes and since both FlexFusion adhesives have slower dry times, they are ideal for beginner, intermediate, and advanced stylists. For non-hypoallergenic adhesives with a faster drying time, our HP-Ultra Adhesive and Xtreme Volume adhesives are great options. Our newest adhesive, Xtreme Volume, is for advanced stylists and has the fastest dry time. Additionally, adjusting your humidity can affect the dry time of your adhesive, so the higher the humidity, the faster the adhesive will dry. Goes on very thin and shear, I really don’t get why these are so hyped up. I really wish I could get my $70 back as I’ll never use them again.

Website said overnight delivery by 10am. Paid 29.95 and didn’t get delivered till 2:41pm. Complained to customer service. They have refunded my delivery charge and gave me a 25$ credit!

The actual date and delivery time may be earlier or later than the estimate. Fed Ex usually delivers according to the estimated delivery date and time, however, during Holiday rush such as the day before Christmas when your order was placed, Fed Ex delays could occur.
