We have our system set up to send automated reminders for subscription renewals in hopes to avoid these situations. Additionally, we have provided step-by-step instructions on how to cancel, giving you full control over your subscription. We understand how the price difference may have seemed unexpected, especially after we initially offered a 50% discount in your first year, along with additional discounts in the second year. These adjustments were carefully considered, taking into account market conditions and our operating costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sale prices permanently. We understand your disappointment and want you to know that we are very sorry to hear that what we are offering is not meeting your expectations.If your subscription was renewed before the upgraded subscriptions were released then you are able to upgrade your account to include all of our new features. We apologize for any confusion surrounding our new upgrades. You should be able to upgrade your account so that all of the new upgraded features are included. Our upgraded subscriptions include the HOME: a Self-Guided Journey, the Choose Yourself At-Home Retreat, Integrating Equity with Susanna Barkataki and more! We feel that this content is highly valuable and we are happy to have made it accessible through upgrading your account as of November 21st, 2022. If your account was renewed before November 21st, then you are on the original yearly plan and you still have access to hundreds of yoga and meditation classes, and the monthly new LIVE classes with Rachel. You are able to upgrade to include the new courses at any time by using the upgrade button on the top right of the screen. As such, we’ve recently made some new changes to make our healing tools, content, and programs more accessible to a larger community. This includes providing more digestible pieces and easier access at a lower price point, which has been requested consistently from our community. We are happy to have made this possible.
