"Champions of customer service" ?? - i think not... they just closed down our service, with no warning and now no one in customer service can help!!!! we are actually paying customers (for more than 3 years now) and they don't care... do not touch with a barge pole!!!

Depending the company, the customer support associates from Zendesk do not have the capability to resolve many issues when an app malfunctions like the Fetch app. Their customer support is essentially useless and further frustrates customers.

Very unpleasant sales tactics - easy to upgrade the plan, and when making a small downgrade (decreasing the number of seats), we're getting passed from one rep and department to another, as if it was rocket science.

Zendesk has one of the better platforms for customer service that I've seen. The services are customizable for the customer, and their reporting platforms are pretty robust.

Horrible CRM that's just gotten worse over the past few months. When I heard how much my company pays for their service I almost threw up because they are not even worth a third of that. Hopefully, more people read these reviews and decide NOT to use Zendesk for their business so they can shut down. They cost way too much to be so slow, bulky, and worst of all have the worst customer service of any CRM out there. You can do better. Outlook is even better.

Terrible company to work with. After their acquisition by Hellman & Friedman and Permira, a private equity company, their customer service and product has gone down to tubes. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and choose either Zoho or Freshdesk.

What went wrong? I couldn't give less than 1 star. In my dealing with the reps, it was less than stellar. They refused to help. Offered no assistance. The only repetitive line was "we'll pass your concerns on for future reference." What does that even mean?? I did not expect a refund, honestly, I expected some type of recompense. Maybe some credits, profile reset or something. I begged them for help over the course of weeks. Nothing. I finally had enough of no help with useless generic answers and just asked the rep what he could do and while a written reply never came but they answered by suspending my account.. How's that for customer service? No reply, no explanation just suspended! I hate to be the irritated person, but wow! I spent hundreds on a game, needed help along with answers, but all I got was nothing and a suspension that shows what kind of company they operate. Just a big ole FU to the customer. Stay away!
