Was charged somewhere about 57.00 USD and I have one mug! This process has been extremely frustrating....still trying to get credited for my incomplete purchase!!!

Cute idea. Selections make it possible to replicate "my" dogs, even tho two are mixed breeds. Quality cup. Our favorites!

The mug was awesome and exactly what I wanted. It was a Valentine’s Day gift and my boyfriend loved it! However, it did take a full month and the packaging for mailing it wasn’t what I expected.

I have ordered several cups and giving them as gifts and they have all been wonderful and everyone was thrilled to get them

After waiting over a month to receive the mug, it arrived in about 8 pieces. They didn't put any packing paper or bubble wrap in to ship a fragile item, they just stuck it in a box. I emailed them, and at first I received an auto-reply saying that they are backed up because of the holidays and to please be patient with delays (it's well past the holidays now). Then a person said they would ship me a replacement. That was now over a month ago, and even the auto-reply (which is still running in February) says to expect it to take 3-4 weeks during the busy holiday season. It has now been almost six. I am losing confidence that it will ever arrive and be in good condition. I also cannot figure out how to post a review on their website, and it appears they only allow 5-star reviews to appear.

I created my order on December 4, 2019. Still waiting....they keep telling me that they will be shipping it soon. Difficult to get email responses and I can't find a phone number to talk to anyone. This has been such a frustrating experience.

Awesome product!! So precious in honoring your furry friends. Company was great in keeping me up to date with production and shipping. Took a while because they got slammed during the holidays but worth the wait. LOVE it!! Thanks Shaun and LuluFam!
