Terrible company. Taking a huge gamble when ordering. Because they do not respond at all and items never arrive. They did not respond when the gifts were still not delivered after 5 weeks. Even when it finally arrived, package missing items. Emailed again to inquire about missing items in package. They only show 5 star reviews online but cant imagine how many more customers have this similar experience.

I ordered three of these personalized mugs as Christmas gifts for my daughters. They loved them!! They are so pretty and are painted with such great detail. I would definitely order more of these for other animal lovers that I need a special gift for.

Terrible experience! The image of the woman came with the wrong hair color and they completely denied the fact that they got it wrong. I provided pictures showing what I selected, how it is depicted on their website and what I received. They told me I got exactly what I ordered and said I could have a 50% discount on my next order for any inconvenience. I have to wonder why they think I would give them my business again? The order was wrong, making it a useless product therefore I’m out my money and the gift I was planning on giving my sister and brother in law. So upsetting. To top it all off they took forever to get back to me yet they require that you report any problems with your order in 48 hours. I followed their policy and I’m still out of luck. Do not trust this retailer. Go somewhere else that will value you and your business.

I am giving 3 stars because I like the final product and the customer service on your chat. The process to get the final product, however, has discouraged me from ever ordering from here again. I ordered a product on 11/30 and received it on 1/3. I get that it could take 3-5 weeks but,on 12/19 I received an email saying that it shipped and would receive the tracking to follow. I did not receive the tracking until 12/26, and the tracking showed that the label was created and the product has not even been shipped yet. I finally received the product and one of the cats was incorrect. I double checked my order and I ordered it correctly. I reached out via email to the address provided, since there is no customer service number listed anywhere. I received an email back saying it would then be forwarded to the quality assurance team. Since I could not just get a straight answer, I decided to reach out on facebook chat. That team responded right away and helped me. Almost 2 months later from the day I placed my order did I receive the correct item. It is too much work/follow up to order from this company. I will take my business elsewhere if I want to order something similar.

The picture looked absolutely wonderful. The names were spelled correctly. Loved it

My wife had a personalized coffee mug made for me with my two dogs on it for Christmas. It was beautifully done. I love it!

I ordered a cup as a gift and it's beautiful and well made!! Love the personalizations that we can pick, it was fun!
