Great quality mug. Well worth the wait. I bought it as a welcome home gift for my boyfriend. I was very happy with how the artwork turned out.

I am absolutely obsessed with my mug from here! There were so many coat options for various breeds, I was able to find 4 that matched my dogs perfectly. The mug does take some time to produce, which is understandable, considering they are all custom made to order. I ordered it as a gift for my mom and she cried opening it! Such a special gift, I will be ordering from here in the future!

Beautiful art & nice people run this company. 1st, recipient of this gift loved it, artistry was phenomenal. 2nd, it clearly says how long deliver is, so disregard any negative complaint!!!

If I could give them a worse review, I absolutely would. This has been the most infuriating experience I've ever had. I placed my order for a mug on December 14th (for a late Christmas gift, as I knew production times would be higher than normal). Received a broken mug on January 3rd with the incorrect design (an all white dog instead of a black and white dog). Immediately contacted customer service. I received my "replacement" mug on January 26th and the design STILL includes an all-white dog. Keep in mind, customer service told me that they could get a replacement mug out to me in seven days if it were JUST a broken mug. For design errors, they could take a "bit" longer. I'm furious. Six weeks later, and I still don't have the mug I ordered. The few and far between emails are riddled with grammatical errors. Not entirely convinced that the company is actually in Nashville. Why is there no phone number? They only have email customer service, which takes forever to write back.

Great company to work with. They redid my order for free when I was not satisfied with the product at first. It looks amazing and will be an ornament we cherish forever.

Terrible experience. Ordered in November for a Christmas gift and did not receive until 3 weeks after Christmas. Mug was not made the way I ordered it. Company took weeks to figure out if they were going to send me one that was done correctly and they finally said no. Im tired of wasting my time trying to fix it. I give up.

I love the pillow cover. I bought it as a gift for my dear friend. The artwork was great! My friend loved it too. She said " it's perfect! I love it!" I'll be ordering again in the next few months. Great workmanship.
