I really love using AppFolio! It is so user friendly! You can easily self train on this software. Also, the user communities and the help and support are very informative and answer questions quickly. I have used Yardi and OneSite and definitely prefer AppFolio!

Easy to use software, offers (almost) everything that we need to operate a large property management firm. Their customer service is good, but could respond a bit faster.

Love this program. I just wish we understood all of it's capabilities.

You guys are amazing in so many ways you got new programs rolling out all the time to make our lives easier in our tenants lives easier. Except for in the one thing that I feel is the most important thing, and that is the maintenance request. The emergency maintenance line is not working. We put it in to place hoping it would help people after hours. After hours are kittens will call Lynn and beyond hold for 30 or 45 minutes and that's the time that they need somebody bride away. You need more staffing answering those calls on the weekends and Evening's. Also the calendar, it needs to sync with office 360 Calendar. And it needs to be easier to access and use. Having to switch screens all the time to go back to open up the calendar is a pain. Please look into updating the calendar. In hiring more staff to answer the phone calls on the emergency maintenance nights in evening's. Stevie@ProX

I wish they'd listen a bit more to the requests of clients, and implement those into the program. Everyone else's feedback is that AppFolio is also difficult to work with as far as integration. The "activity" function isn't helpful with the way our company is set up, and we'd much prefer an opportunity to create "checklists" like the Letters function.

Hi Kallie, thank you for providing this feedback. Your customer experience is extremely important to us and we are always looking for ways to improve. We work to provide an all in one solution to meet needs across your business and we created an activity function based on customer feedback as a way to keep track of tasks across your team. We appreciate your feedback on having more of a checklist and we hope we can continue to improve in other areas to help you be successful with our software.
