Artspan.comReviews of artspan.com

I have been with Artspan for many years now - I love the site, Claire is a joy to work with if I am having a problem with anything.. can’t fault a single thing! In the beginning I had 3 websites on the go..... Artspan triumphed over everything one through ease of use, footfall, client service... you truly will not need another website, and I recommend Artspan to all my fellow artists!

I've been an Artspan supporter for many years, both personally and as the representative for an artists group. Artspan has always been a great assist for our work and continues to update its technology to make itself ever useful.

I am a long time Artspan customer. Everyone who works there is very helpful. Everything on the site is easy to navigate and their templates are great. I will continue to stay with Artspan.

I have been with Artspan for many years as a satisfied professional artist. Since I am NOT very digitally-tech oriented, the ease of using Artspan has only gotten better and better with more integrated features at no extra cost along the way. Managing my website is so easy! From time to time, I do compare to other online platforms, always deciding to stay with Artspan. You should too!

I have been with Artspan since 2009 and I've grown with the company. Without any technology savvy, I was able to get up and post my work to the world quite easily. I like the templates and how I can change them, if I want to, and when I want to add a feature but I am unable, I get help quite easily. Denise and Claire respond to trouble tickets very quickly and I am able to speak to one of them directly when needed. Last year I worked with a PR person to make my site even better. I thought that the templates were restrictive, but that was due to my lack of knowledge, The PR consultant was able to tweak the templates in ways I had not imagined possible and connect with Claire for additional help. Now I am very happy. I also like the quality of the prints-on-demand, the ease of selling from my website directly through the POS and I appreciate how I can build my inventory, see a record of my sales and taxes and send it all to my bookkeeper in a jiffy. I highly recommend Artspan!

Artspan is an excellent service that I recommend to all of my artist friends and students. I like that they are constantly adapting and improving their product in relation to what’s happening in the market. Artspan listens to feedback and really takes care of their artists.

No watermark protection for the cheapest/most affordable site that they offer. Because you can't afford a more expensive site your work doesn't deserve protection ? What kind of thinking is that ? As if watermarks cost them that much ? It's probably a way of getting artists to pay for the more expensive options....which doesn't make Artspan seem very upfront or supportive. They penalize artists who choose the least exensive website. Not very sympathetic or supportive, not cool. I hope they re-think it. Every artist should be offered protection. If Artspan offers an inexpensive site they shouldn't be petty about it. I'll put my work elsewhere.

This is what I wrote recently to the founder of Artspan. I’d like to share it here: I want to express my gratitude to you for all the years you have devoted to building Artspan so that artists like me can construct and easily maintain a website. Your concept has been brilliant! I believe that I signed on as one of your earlier users and I’ve never looked back. Your constant innovation and the support desk team has been superb. I am always happy to see the monthly charge on my Visa bill as I truly believe that the value you provide is priceless. I’ve moved from Vermont to the Santa Barbara area now and the only thing I didn’t need to weed out or pack up was my website, powered by Artspan!!
