Excellent and fast service. I submitted some medical records to be translated from Mandarin to English. I expected three days or so but, they were done within 48 hours. Thanks!

My paper got translated super fast, but there were some mistakes that I hope won't matter much to the USCIS.

Hi - we apologize for the mistakes. If it's not too late, we'd be happy to correct the mistakes made for free.

Incorrect Translation of Documents - Translation of documents by ASAP are not consistent with the other documents (birth certificates) previously translated by ASAP and my Fiance Ukrainian issued passport (with USA Tourist Visa). My fiance name in ASAP recent order (Divorce Document) does not match her Ukrainian issued passport name and does not meet the Ukrainian translation standards. If submitted, UCIS will reject the documents and K1 Application. I now will have to resubmit all the documents to another agency and pay a second time to have the same documents translated from Ukrainian to English. How can ASAP can guarantee 100% acceptance by UCIS and all government agencies if the translation is inconsistent in three different instances. They refused to make corrections and address these inconsistencies and accuracy of their translation services.

Hi, there. Very rude and bad service. 442 words been translated for 5 days. I asked to correct one word many times, it did not happened. Somebody asked me to confirm my paper, I did not do that because one mistake was still there. I tried to communicate, no names, no phone numbers, very secrete. Unprofessional translation and rude communication with unknown person. I asked about returning money because I did not confirm translated document. He/she promised to return the money only the amount they usually using for delivery service. No word about to retune the whole amount. Stay far away from this agency.
