Having seen Jeff's videos often on social media I recently took the leap and bought a membership on his app for coaching programs, what a disappointment. I quickly discovered that while Jeff's online you tube videos are great, the mobile app is total garbage. As someone who has trained for years and used several fitness apps, this is honestly the worst I've seen. The design is poor, the functionality doesn't work and just trying to access the exercises is a struggle. My recommendation, don't waste your money - because you won't get it back either, terrible customer service. You've been warned.

I like the supplements but they’re absurdly overpriced if you live anywhere but the US. Im in Canada and it’s hundreds of dollars plus shipping plus customs to get three supplements. Have ordered them before and after the 6 years I’ve followed i expected them to step up their customer experience but i guess they dont care about anyone outside their borders

We completely understand how frustrating it is to have shipping, exchange rates, taxes, and customs fees dramatically increase the final cost of an order. As you've likely seen of late, most of these charges are outside of our control, however we recognize that they still affect your overall experience with us, and we never want an international customer to feel overlooked or unappreciated. We also appreciate you raising this issue, as improving the international purchasing experience is something we need to continue working on.
