Excellent service we had to book private tests for a trip to Cyprus, which imposes a very small window to get Covid results. 10/10, I recommend this company every time. David & Sue Grainger, Swindon.

Being unfamiliar with the whole process, Better2know made it all very simple and straightforward to understand, together with their excellent customer service I couldn't fault them, they did more than it said on the tin! Faultless!

Excellent service and communication. Very quick results. Royal Mail however....., may be better for the nerves to use a courier!

Thank you for leaving a review Mrs Baxter. We are sorry Royal Mail are under tremendous pressure at the moment which is why we are tracking everything to make sure we know where it is. Some parts of the country are better than others.
