I was worried about my COVID test as I needed the results prior to departing on a trip. I called and spoke to Margaret who promised she would call me back. She called me back, reassured me, and I had my results within the hour.

The staff on the phone line were all helpful and considerate and where more than happy to reassure me regarding timescales and ensured instructions to the pathology lab were clear about my 96hr travel window. Thanks for making sure this all happened so quickly.

Good clear instruction on how to carry out sample correctly. Lab results completed and test certificate sent at exactly right time to allow me to travel.
