I would highly recommend Better2Know to anyone! They are professional, caring, with a quick turnaround and always on the other end of the phone whenever you need them. Special mention to Margaret who really does go above and beyond to make it calm and stress free. We did the Covid Test to fly and the turnaround was very impressive!

I have used Better2Know over the past 4 years, I have taken various HIV tests (notably the PCR RNA and 28 Day Duo Tests. Margaret Ratcliffe has been a breath of fresh air, constantly being on hand to listen to my concerns attentively and calming me down with my excessive bouts of anxiety. During these encounters, I have always felt comfortable speaking to Margaret and highlighting my concerns to her with ease. I'll be the first to admit that my anxiety does take over and I become a completely different person. Margaret is consistently attentive, professional, caring and compassionate, she is a credit to your organisation and her hard work and efforts must be recognised by the Better2Know senior leadership team. It is due to Margaret's professionalism and customer care, that I would not hesitate in recommending Better2Know to any of my family or friends. Thank You Shabir

From start to finish my experience with Better2Know has been excellent. The website is clear and very easy to use. The COVID home swab test arrived exactly as promised and the turn around time in getting results even prompter than expected! VERY efficient service, and my interactions on email and by phone friendly and professional. I am very happy to recommend them positively and will likely use them again, based on my experience.

I ordered a Covid antibody home test online. It arrived very quickly. My medically trained son was able to take blood for me. I posted the test and received my positive result the very next day. A very efficient service. I would definitely recommend Better2Know.
