The gentlemen who did the install was very professional and explained exactly how it would be installed. He did a great job and only took a couple of hours. He clearly explained and demonstrated how to use the lift. He also had me use the lift which I felt was easy to use and have enjoyed using it since. I would highly recommend your company to any of my relative or friends who might need a lift. Thank you

Mike came to our house to give us a quote and chatted to us about my mother’s needs and our concerns. We ended up purchasing the Bruno based on the warranty parts. We placed our order just a few weeks before her arrival and Mike and his crew were able to accommodate the install right before she arrived. Post installation they have made a few calls to verify that everything is still working well. Mom took to it like a fish in water. 101 mobility was very responsive to all communication.

Bruno makes a great product and performs to expectations. We had a little issue with customer service after an issue with the installation. Installer did not have the correct parts (rails); was told it was a warehouse parts placement issue. The customer service issue arose when I had to call back to check the status of install date for the tech to complete the installation. It was ten I was informed parts had to be ordered was given an expected date. In conclusion the stair lift was completed and has performed as expected.
